Antidote was founded by Yann Weber as a biannual magazine in 2010. The magazine was aimed at culture and art enthusiast meshing photography, literature and style into one platform. Over the years the magazine became a brand synonymous with glossy editorials imbued with an individual strong identity, podcasts discussing current world events and must go to events. The next step for Yann was to implement the Antidote brands core values of environmental awareness and total inclusiveness/genderless through a high end clothing line that launched in 2018. The brands collections are often inspired by topics discussed in the publications such as gender fluidity, veganism and queer rights.
