Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions are valid between you and Shyness Space Limited. Shyness Space Limited is a limited company registered in England with registered company number GB10715136 and VAT Registered Number: GB271 5006 31 with our registered address at 346, Old Street, EC1V 9NQ London, United Kingdom.

Please note that Shyness Space Limited does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. Shyness Space Limited reserve the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time.

Orders & Payments

Customer confirm that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. After submitting your order, Shyness will email an order confirmation acknowledging the order and including your order number. All orders are subject to acceptance by Shyness. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, at our discretion, decline to accept any order. Our items are offered subject to availability of stock. We will inform you by provide contact details as soon as possible after an order has been placed if any item is no longer available in stock. If an item is not available, the order may be cancelled by Shyness.

Order Confirmation

Once the order has been processed, a order confirmation e-mail with shipping tracking number will be sent.

Payment

All prices on Shyness are quoted for in GBP and included VAT. All orders are charged for in GBP. The prices and delivery cost may vary from time to time. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, American Express or other credit and debit cards, Paypal, Klarna, WeChat pay and Alipay to complete orders on Shyness. Please note we do not accept payment via bank transfers. All transaction details are encrypted to a secure server host. In the event of payment refusal we will contact you via phone or email. To pay using your credit/debit card, please select the “Card” option. You will then need to enter your card details, as prompted on the screen. You do not need to be concerned about your card security, as all transactions are protected by the latest SSL encryption, ensuring the transfer of your details is entirely safe. Once you have completed the payment process, the order amount will be taken from your card as a payment reservation. When the order is sent, the amount will be booked; if the order is cancelled, the payment reservation will also be cancelled. Payments by VISA or MasterCard: When you complete a transaction, the system will automatically recognise whether your credit card is registered on the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode security programs. If you are a member of one of these prpgrams, a pop-up window will appear. You will then be asked to enter your password in the relevant field. You will only be able to continue with the transaction by entering the correct password.If your credit card is not registered with Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, you will not need to authenticate your payment further. Delivery

We deliver to most countries globally with our trusted carriers. After the order is comfirmed, we will send you the tracking details. The order can be tracked from dispatch to delivery on our trusted carriers' website. We will only send a delivery to the address given by you when placing the order.

*Please be aware that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping times are in addition to processing times. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during sale and holiday periods. At the time of delivery all items must be examined to ensure that any damages are recorded in writing on the carrier’s delivery note. If any Customs Duty requirements apply or charges are due, the customer agree to be responsible for these.

Return Policy

 

Online order
To return an online purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be return within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • E-voucher or Gift card purchases and items that are marked as FINAL SALE are Non-Refundable.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including having garment tags and security devices attached. If we suspect that an item has been worn, the security tags removed, or the packaging damaged, we will return the item(s) to you without a refund. We strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your order before removing tags or disposing of the packaging.
  • Please be aware that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear, hosiery, and pierced earrings, and swimwear can only be returned if the protective hygienic strip remains intact.
  • Returns will only be accepted for orders originating from the country to which they were initially shipped. Failure to comply with this may result in customs tariffs and import taxes for which you, as the customer, will be responsible.
  • For all sale items, returns will only be eligible for store credit.

In-store purchases return
To return an in-store purchase,

  • You may return your in-store purchase within 14 days of purchasing your goods in-store. Please keep in mind that in-store purchases must also be returned in-store.
  • Please also note that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased at a reduced or sale price, or in conjunction with any Shyness promotional discount codes for in-store purchases.

To initiate an online return

  1. Request a Return Authorisation form by emailing return@shyness.store with your order number.
  2. You will then receive a return authorisation and return instructions.
  3. Return the items in the original shipping box, or any other solid packaging. And tape it securely.

Once we receive your returns and they pass the quality check:

  • Refunds will be issued for the amount specified on our website at the time of your purchase, excluding any associated shipping costs.
  • The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for your purchase.
    Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed, and kindly consider that your bank may require additional time to complete the refund transaction.

Return Shipping fees
Responsibility of the customer.
Return Import Duties fees
When returning items from outside the EU, you may incur import duties. They are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, and customers must take charge of them. Please note that we will deduct any eventual import duties related to your return from your refund.

Shyness Space Limited reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

 

Exchange Condition

To request an exchange, please contact us at return@shyness.store and provide your Shyness Order Number for proper processing.

You can exchange your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (excluding any E-voucher or Gift card purchases and items that are marked as FINAL SALE). 

Please note that all conditions below must be met for a successful exchange:

  • We will only exchange items that are in their original condition, including having garment tags and security devices attached. If we suspect that an item has been worn, the security tags removed, or the packaging damaged, we will return the item(s) to you without a refund. We strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your order before removing tags or disposing of the packaging.
  • We will only exchange an item for an identical item in a different size or different colour. Additionally, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear, hosiery, and pierced earrings, and swimwear can only be returned if the protective hygienic strip remains intact.
  • Exchanges will only be accepted for orders originating from the country to which they were initially shipped. Failure to comply with this may result in customs tariffs and import taxes for which you, as the customer, will be responsible.
  • Please return all merchandise in one package; we reserve the right to refuse processing multiple returns from the same order sent in various packages.
  • If you'd like to switch to a different item(s), we kindly ask you to return the item(s) for a refund and then place a new order for your desired item(s) using your preferred payment method.
  • Orders placed with Klarna cannot be returned for an exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different size, item, or colour, please return your current item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s) using your preferred payment method.

Once we receive your returns and they pass our quality check, we will ship the exchanged item to you as soon as we can.

All deliveries within the UK and International are handled by our trusted carriers.

*Please be aware that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Orders are processed and sent Monday to Friday, from 10am to 4pm. We will dispatch all items within three working days of the receipt of payment. (with the exception of UK public holidays)

 

Once order confirmed, you will be sent an email containing your tracking number when your item has been dispatched.

Free UK shipping for orders above £200
