Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions are valid between you and Shyness Space Limited. Shyness Space Limited is a limited company registered in England with registered company number GB10715136 and VAT Registered Number: GB271 5006 31 with our registered address at 346, Old Street, EC1V 9NQ London, United Kingdom.
Please note that Shyness Space Limited does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. Shyness Space Limited reserve the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time.
Orders & Payments
Customer confirm that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. After submitting your order, Shyness will email an order confirmation acknowledging the order and including your order number. All orders are subject to acceptance by Shyness. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, at our discretion, decline to accept any order. Our items are offered subject to availability of stock. We will inform you by provide contact details as soon as possible after an order has been placed if any item is no longer available in stock. If an item is not available, the order may be cancelled by Shyness.
Once the order has been processed, a order confirmation e-mail with shipping tracking number will be sent.
All prices on Shyness are quoted for in GBP and included VAT. All orders are charged for in GBP. The prices and delivery cost may vary from time to time. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, American Express or other credit and debit cards, Paypal, Klarna, WeChat pay and Alipay to complete orders on Shyness. Please note we do not accept payment via bank transfers. All transaction details are encrypted to a secure server host. In the event of payment refusal we will contact you via phone or email. To pay using your credit/debit card, please select the “Card” option. You will then need to enter your card details, as prompted on the screen. You do not need to be concerned about your card security, as all transactions are protected by the latest SSL encryption, ensuring the transfer of your details is entirely safe. Once you have completed the payment process, the order amount will be taken from your card as a payment reservation. When the order is sent, the amount will be booked; if the order is cancelled, the payment reservation will also be cancelled. Payments by VISA or MasterCard: When you complete a transaction, the system will automatically recognise whether your credit card is registered on the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode security programs. If you are a member of one of these prpgrams, a pop-up window will appear. You will then be asked to enter your password in the relevant field. You will only be able to continue with the transaction by entering the correct password.If your credit card is not registered with Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, you will not need to authenticate your payment further. We deliver to most countries globally DHL. After the order is comfirmed, we will send you the tracking details. The order can be tracked from dispatch to delivery on DHL website. We will only send a delivery to the address given by you when placing the order. *Please be aware that we do not ship to PO Boxes.Shipping times are in addition to processing times. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during sale and holiday periods. At the time of delivery all items must be examined to ensure that any damages are recorded in writing on the carrier’s delivery note. If any Customs Duty requirements apply or charges are due, customer agree to be responsible for these.
Customers must contact us via email@example.com with their Shyness Order Number so your refund can be processed correctly.
All items must be returned as new and unworn and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. You have up to 14 days after the date of receipt in which to request a refund. We will only accept refunds from the country to which the order was initially sent. So, if we initially delivered the order to Belgium, it should be returned from Belgium as well. Failure to adhere to this can result in custom tariffs and import taxes, which will be the responsibility of you, the customer.
When we process a return, the money will be refunded to the payment method initially used to purchase the item.
Any items that were returned to us damaged or don’t have the correct packaging or tags attached will not be refunded. Therefore, we strongly advise you to properly check all orders before removing tags or disposing of the packaging.
We DO NOT offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for items bought at a reduced or sale price or in conjunction with any Shyness promotional discount code for in-store purchases.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your online orders, you can return any purchases (including reduced-price items unless it's specified it's on final sale) within 14 days of receipt counting from the purchase date shown on the receipt. Excluding any E-vouchers or Gift cards.
All items must be returned in their original condition. Please note due to hygiene reasons we CANNOT accept underwear, hosiery, and pierced earring return and we will only accept swimwear if the protective hygienic strip is still in place and has not been tampered with.
All return items must be with garment tags and any other security devices are still attached. If we feel that for any reason the garment has been worn, the security tags have been removed, or the packaging is damaged in any way, then the item(s) will be returned to the sender and no refund will be given.
Please note that customer must arrange their own shipping method and pay for their own shipping cost for returning the products. All returns should be sent directly to

When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase, EXCLUDING any shipping costs.
Orders placed with Klarna can only be returned for refund. If the order is returned in full, your Klarna invoice will be cancelled, and any funds paid towards the invoice will be refunded. If you have made a partial return, a new updated invoice will be sent to you by email by Klarna. If you wish to exchange for a new size, item, or colour, please return your current item(s) for refund and place a new order for the new item(s) with your preferred payment method.
We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.

We will only exchange items that are not faulty, as well as in their original condition. Also, returned items must not have been worn or washed, or altered in any way. We also insist that all tags are still attached to the item in question.
Please note that we will only exchange an item for an identical item of a different size. Please also note that due to hygiene reasons we CANNOT accept underwear, hosiery, and pierced earring exchange and we will only accept swimwear if the protective hygienic strip is still in place and has not been tampered with.
What’s more, you must return merchandise in one package - we can refuse to process multiple returns from the same order sent in various packages.
We will only accept exchanges from where the order was initially shipped. For example, an order delivered to France must also be returned from France. If this is not the case, the exchange will not be free, and custom tariffs and import taxes will be charged to you.

Orders are processed and sent Monday to Friday, from 10am to 4pm. We will dispatch all items within three working days of the receipt of payment. (with the exception of UK public holidays)
We may use various carriers other than DHL only when it's necessaries.
Once order confirmed, you will be sent an email containing your tracking number when your item has been dispatched.
Shipping fees will be calculated at the checkout page.
