Romanian-born designer Ancuta Sarca studied her BA and MA in her home country and later debuting her namesake label in 2019 at London Fashion week as part of the highly successful incubator program Fashion East. Now based in London her high octane approach to upcycling and DIY inspired designs using deadstock and repurposed materials has led her to become one of the most talked about young designers of the current Viral era. Her instantly recognisable sneaker/ vintage kitten heel hybrid designs have become a celebrity wardrobe staple with Rihanna and Bella Hadid being avid stans of the young brand. Ancuta Sarca showcases that sustainability can be fun, glamour and unique all at the same time.
